ProMobApps ("Promob Apps ", "we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors to our website, users of all our mobile applications, and the services available through our Site and our App (collectively, the "Services").

By using our App or any of our services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our App or Services, and any dispute over privacy, are subject to this Policy.

Being a collaborative community the top priority of  Promob Apps will always be the relationship with its community. We are therefore firmly committed to the security and protection of the personal integrity of our Users of the Services and their contacts.

This Privacy Policy describes what personal information You may share with us, as data controller, and other Users when activating and using our Services, how we receive, collects, and uses this data, and how You may opt-out at any time, altogether preventing the use of the data shared via the Services.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use. The data we collect can include SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet service provider, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent device identifier, iOS ad identifier (IDFA), Android ad master identifier, network card (MAC) address, and international mobile device identification code (IMEI) The equipment model, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the session start/stop time, the location of the language, the time zone and the network state (WiFi and so on), the hard disk, the CPU, and the battery use, etc.

Read phone status and identity

This permission allows us to recognize an incoming/outgoing call and to switch between the User System interface and call interface or announce/shows the caller's name while someone is calling, you will identify it without looking at your smartphone.

Approximate location (network-based)

This permission allows us to identify and display your location on a map or apps installed by anonymous surrounding users and to recommend popular apps based on the user's location. This information is untraceable.

Read your contacts

We do not save or upload your contacts. Permission to access contact information is used when you search contacts in the search bar.

Find accounts on the devices

We do not recognize or save your account information for any programs. We only detect whether users have a Google account linked with the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users with appropriate application download and update methods.

Read Google service configuration

This information is used to acquire an advertising ID. We provide users with better advertising services by using such an anonymous ID.

Change network connectivity

This permission is used in the settings and notification toolbar, in order to change/check network connectivity.

Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi

This permission is used in APPS settings and the notification toolbar in order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.

Full network access

This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions including receiving update notifications or accessing app classification labels.

View network connections

This permission is used in APPS settings and notification toolbar, in order to view network connections.

View Wi-Fi connections

This permission is used in APPS settings and notification toolbar, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.

Measure app storage space

This permission is used to acquire the amount of storage space used by an application.

Test access to protected storage

When a user recommends friends download APPS by sharing to social networks, we need to save an introduction picture to be shared on an SD card. We won’t access another file on the SD card.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Product Improvement. We use data to continually improve our products, including adding new features or capabilities.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA 

To improve our product and provide you better service, we also share personal data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this privacy policy. For example, companies we've hired to provide data analytical services may need to collect and access personal data to provide those functions. In such cases, these companies must abide by our data privacy and security requirements.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

We process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as described above. Our legal basis to process personal data includes processing that is: necessary for the performance of the contract with you (for example, to provide you with the services you request and to identify and authenticate you so you may use the Sites); necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example, to comply with applicable accounting rules and to make mandatory disclosures to law enforcement); necessary for our legitimate interests (for example, to manage our relationship with you, to ensure the security of our services, to communicate with you about our products and services); and based on consent by our customers (for example, to place certain cookies and to share your information with third parties for advertising purposes).  

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

Our business may require us to transfer your Personal Data to countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including countries such as the People’s Republic of China or Singapore. We take appropriate steps to ensure that recipients of your Personal Data are bound to duties of confidentiality and we implement measures such as standard contractual clauses. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure, and portability of your own Personal Data.  

Where the use of your information is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Requests should be submitted by contacting us through the mail. 

If you are aware of changes or inaccuracies in your information, you should inform us of such changes so that our records may be updated or corrected. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that our processing of your Personal Data infringes applicable law.

We retain your Personal Data as long as needed to provide services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable laws, such as tax and accounting laws.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

HAND TOOLS may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy, so please review it periodically.
